The fixtures and fittings of the room are dated. But this has been compensated by the friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel staff. The attentiveness and courteous customer service was the highlight of the stay. There are some local restaurants within walking distance. Very close to a underground station.

The hotel was extremely close to the station and nearby to some restaurants. Also, I could exchange money in the hotel easily.

It is convenient. Closed to subway and lot of restaurants around. The buffet at the hotel is good. The front door staffs are super helpful in helping us to get transportation.

I stayed here 3 times during my trips to Beijing. Very nice and clean place. Peter was very helpful to find a taxi to the airport and Thank you Peter.

The location and warm front desk staff. The subway station is nearby and many restaurants are close by also, so it’s very convenient to use public transportation and many choices for food. The hotel’s breakfast is also very good. The front desk staff are polite and helpful. It’s definitely a good choice if you decide to stay at Haidian area.

The staff was very helpful with everything i needed. I couldnt speak mandarin but staff could understand every bit of english. Zoe, the manager was very helpful with helping me with anything. Will stay again!

There is a lovely robot 小麗 at reception. Staff are very helpful, in particular a big thank to Ben Wong at reception. Delicious breakfast. Near the hotel, there are a lot of restaurants providing cuisines from different provinces in China.
